This is a demonstration on how to setup and auto tune the ABSODEX Direct drive motors of torque size less than 75Nm. This is done using the user-friendly AX Tools software which enables hassle-free auto tuning.
This is a demonstration of CKD image processing tool ~ Facilea for quick inspection with an automation link.
Facilea does not require any difficult programming. It allows you to drag and drop a variety of available blocks to build an image processing system, such as dimension checking, size checking, color identification, barcode/QR code/character reading, and many others. This makes it easy for anyone to build an image processing system without the knowledge or programming skills. It can be easily connected with a wide range of equipment such as cameras, lights, I/O, and PCs, giving you the freedom to build your equipment according to your purposes. For example, popular web cameras and industrial cameras are supported. With 1 Facilea license, multiple cameras can be connected. It allows up to 100 flows to be created, with 1 camera per flow. Multiple flows can be created with a single camera, or a camera for each flow to build a variety of image processing systems with 1 Facilea license.
Facilea works with a variety of devices that can be linked with external systems and components through simple settings. By working with external systems, automated camera inspection becomes easier. The PLCs, robots, actuators, and other devices that can work together are available in a wide range of locations, including assembly and inspection processes for existing equipment.
